Are you an experienced Head of Implementation, Post Merger Integration Lead, Integration Director, Transformation Lead or Business Change professional looking for a role where you can shape the future of a growing organisation? As our Head of Implementation / Integration (PMI), you will lead the onboarding, alignment and performance delivery of newly acquired and newly established Business Units, ensuring they become a successful and valuable part of Dawsongroup from day one.
Responsibilities
- Lead post merger integration and implementation activity across multiple Business Units nationwide.
- Translate strategic objectives into practical delivery plans that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Align operational models across sales, operations, finance and support functions where appropriate.
- Identify risks, gaps and opportunities, delivering commercially sound solutions that support growth.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure accountability, engagement and successful delivery.
- Deliver structure to complex situations and guide people through periods of change, transformation and growth, turning plans into results.
- Manage multiple workstreams, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Engage senior leaders and executive teams with strong commercial awareness.
- Utilise data, insight and performance metrics to support decision making.
