About this Role
We\’re looking for a Maintenance Controller to join our Bus & Coach team in Milton Keynes. You\’ll help keep our fleet of buses and coaches in top condition, making sure every vehicle is safe, roadworthy and performing at its best.
- Authorise repairs, maintenance and servicing for our fleet.
- Manage cost control while maintaining quality and safety.
- Liaise with workshops, suppliers and customers to keep vehicles operational.
- Handle breakdown calls and support quick resolutions.
- Ensure accurate record keeping and warranty compliance.
About You
You\’ll be the kind of person who loves problem-solving and takes pride in doing things right. You\’ll have strong engineering knowledge, ideally gained within a HGV or PSV setting, and a good understanding of vehicle maintenance standards.
- Confident making technical decisions and authorising work.
- Skilled in managing suppliers and interpreting technical reports.
