Are you an experienced Area Sales Manager or an ambitious sales professional looking for your next step in the asset rental sector? As an Area Sales Manager with Dawsongroup, you will drive new business growth, support customers through usership focused solutions and help maximise the performance of our fleet across your region. This role gives you ownership of a defined territory where you will win new customers, increase utilisation and contribute to the long term success of your local branch.

You will build new relationships and promote the benefits of our rental and contract hire products. You will strengthen our presence across your territory through planned outreach and customer visits. You will support branch performance by placing assets, generating revenue and identifying opportunities. You are motivated by meeting people, solving problems and building long term partnerships.

  • Confident engaging with customers and securing new business opportunities.
  • Comfortable managing a sales pipeline and keeping accurate CRM records.
  • Able to plan your week, prioritise visits and maintain strong territory coverage.
  • Full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK.
  • Experience in rental, fleet, transport or commercial vehicles is helpful but not essential.
