- Developing new business through strategic outreach, calls, and client visits.
- Building and nurturing relationships to maximise sales and customer retention.
- Providing detailed quotations and technical insights to offer tailored solutions.
- Keeping a close eye on market trends to stay one step ahead of competitors.
- Promoting the full suite of Dawsongroup services to enhance client value.
You're a results-driven salesperson with strong communication and negotiation skills. While experience in Temperature Control, Refrigeration, or HVAC is beneficial, what matters most is your ability to win business, build relationships, and work independently.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Ability to develop and manage a client base within a defined territory.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
