Responsibilities

  • Review and process repair invoices to make sure they\’re accurate and complete.
  • Collaborate with our 24 branch network, responding to inquiries and providing top-notch support.
  • Organise, analyse, and act on check‑in and check‑out sheets to resolve discrepancies.
  • Handle general administrative duties and keep our Fleet Quality department running efficiently.
  • Support customers and colleagues with repair history and recharge queries.

You take pride in your work and have a keen eye for detail. You communicate clearly, stay organised under pressure, and approach every task with a can‑do attitude. We’re looking for someone who brings reliability, professionalism, and a genuine desire to contribute to a high performing team.
