About this Role
As a Fleet Quality Administrator within our Truck and Trailer business, you will play a key part in keeping our fleet moving, our customers informed, and our standards high. This is a people facing, detail focused role where administration, coordination, and problem solving come together to support our UK branch network and engineering teams.
- Accurately raise and process repair, breakdown, and damage recharge orders in a timely way.
- Support the smooth turnaround of invoices, queries, credits, and approvals.
- Work closely with branch teams, maintenance colleagues, and suppliers to resolve issues quickly.
- Keep records clear, consistent, and suitable for customer presentation.
- Help maintain equipment uptime through proactive administration and follow up.
About You
You enjoy keeping things organised, take pride in accuracy, and like being the person others rely on to get things done. You communicate confidently, stay calm under pressure, and understand that great administration underpins great customer service.
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and prioritising what matters most.
