About this Role
Join our team as a Fleet Telematics Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless fleet operations for the DGEMC fleet. You'll oversee the installation and deinstallation of telematics equipment, proactively manage breakdowns, and provide system access for clients to monitor driver behaviour and incidents. Your efforts will directly contribute to maintaining fleet reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and oversee telematics equipment installations and removals.
- Monitor real-time fault codes and provide proactive updates to service control.
- Administer secure system access for clients, ensuring compliance with data protection.
- Collaborate with operational teams to minimise downtime and enhance fleet performance.
