- Support the rental desk with first-class administration and customer service
- Ensure compliance with procedures and policies to keep things running smoothly
- Assist customers, drivers, and company personnel with queries and bookings
- Keep systems updated with accurate data, from mileage to rental agreements
- Organise vehicle servicing and repairs with local dealers and repair agents
About You
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, keeping everything organised while delivering great service.
- Strong administrative skills, ideally in the transport or van rental industry
- A natural communicator with a professional telephone manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Adaptable and proactive no two days are the same!
- A full UK driving licence is required
