Are you an experienced Business Development Manager or a senior Sales Executive looking to make an impact in the Bus and Coach sector, particularly within accessible vehicles and public sector partnerships? This Business Development Manager role focuses on developing opportunities across the North of the UK, driving new business whilst managing key relationships in a highly specialised and rewarding market.

  • Developing and executing business development strategies aligned to the Bus and Coach public sector market across the North
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, brokers, and key stakeholders
  • Identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities, including NHS and wider public sector contracts
  • Delivering against agreed sales targets, whilst contributing to wider business growth initiatives
  • Presenting solutions, managing projects, and attending regular internal and external meetings

About You

You bring a strong commercial mindset with a deep understanding of complex sales environments, particularly within public sector and broker-driven markets. You are confident navigating compliance, funding structures, and long-term B2B relationships, with the drive to create and win opportunities.

  • Detailed knowledge of underwriting and pricing techniques and provision
  • Extensive experience developing and delivering business development strategies and sales campaigns

  • Demonstrable success in securing and managing B2B contracts within the public sector, including NHS exposure
