Job Overview

Are you an experienced National Sales Manager, Business Development Manager or Senior Sales Manager looking to shape the future of a growing business? As our National Sales Manager within Dawsongroup Energy Solutions, covering the North, you will play a pivotal role in developing a newly established business unit, building customer relationships, influencing strategy and helping to position us as the first choice for temporary power and energy solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Building and growing a national customer base across both new and existing Dawsongroup customers.
  • Delivering ambitious sales targets while creating a strong pipeline of opportunities across multiple industry sectors.
  • Negotiating commercial agreements and developing long-term customer relationships built on trust and value.
  • Working closely with senior leadership to help shape the product portfolio, business plan and future growth strategy.
  • Championing collaboration across Dawsongroup by identifying opportunities and generating intercompany leads.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of winning and developing customers.
  • A portfolio of customer relationships spanning a variety of industry sectors.
  • Experience within the Temporary Power Generation sector would be advantageous.
  • Experience working within an asset rental business would be advantageous, but is not essential.
  • Confident building strong relationships with customers, colleagues and senior stakeholders while negotiating commercial agreements.
