We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our EMC sales team in the North of England. You will be shaping smarter asset strategies and providing sustainable vehicle and equipment solutions for customers in the waste, recycling and utilities sectors. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive growth, coach your team and build long-lasting client relationships.

- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in equipment rental, waste management or utilities.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and coaching sales teams, with a history of developing people and driving results.
- Strong communicator who builds trust quickly with public and private sector clients.
- Organised, self-motivated and confident using CRM tools and reporting software.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the Midlands.
