As a Branch Manager with Dawsongroup, you'll lead your branch to deliver excellent service, help customers find practical asset solutions and ensure the operation runs safely, efficiently and profitably.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing the branch with a clear focus on customer relationships, operational standards and strong commercial results.
  • Coaching and guiding your team so they feel supported, confident and safe in their work.
  • Working closely with sales and support colleagues to provide a hire experience customers can trust.
  • Confidence leading a small team and helping people develop.
  • Comfort in a customer-facing role and interest in building lasting partnerships.
  • A steady approach to managing processes, prioritising tasks and keeping administration accurate.

Requirements:

  • A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK.
  • Experience in rental, transport, automotive or commercial vehicles is useful but not essential.
