About this Role: We’re looking for an Administrator to join our team at Dawsongroup. In this role, you\’ll keep our systems accurate, support the setup of new fleet assets, and make sure the small details are spot on so the big picture runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Update and maintain fleet and engineering records with accuracy
- Support the integration and setup of new vehicles and trailers into our systems
- Handle invoices, purchase ledger and credit control tasks
- Liaise with colleagues and suppliers to keep everything moving
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems to company standards
About You

- Previous admin experience (engineering or fleet background helpful but not essential)
