Dawsongroup is looking for a proactive Service Desk & Compliance Controller to join our fast-paced asset rental business and play a vital role in ensuring fleet compliance and operational efficiency. Position Overview: As a Service Desk Controller, you will be the backbone of our fleet operations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, minimising downtime, and maintaining exceptional service levels for our customers. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will oversee service bookings, manage repairs, and monitor fleet schedules, ensuring seamless coordination and cost control. Service Desk & Compliance Controllerwill be responsible for: Handle incoming calls from hire fleet customers, providing professional and efficient service. Communicate repair updates and compliance bookings, minimising asset downtime. Monitor and manage fleet compliance schedules using a computerised maintenance system. Ensure timely reporting of MOTs, LOLER, and Tank tests, liaising with repair agents and arranging bookings. Update maintenance systems with completed events and maintain compliance paperwork.
