MaintenanceDamage Controller We have an opportunity for an Maintenance DamageController at our Stockton operation. This role will keep you on your toes and has a lot of elements to it. Here is a flavour of what youll be doing day to day: Obtaining updates, escalating issues, challenging costs and potential delays Managing compensation claims, raising invoices, and issuing order numbers Maintaining up-to-date records on the maintenance and rental system Drafting specific reports, letters, and emails for both internal purposes and to suppliers and customers Liaising with manufactures, dealer, and suppliers To be successful in this role: Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail Good written and verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner Computer literate with experience of using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook The ability to prioritise tasks well in a busy environment Good time-management and organisational skills Prior experience of the transport or automotive industry would be advantageous So, if juggling multiple plates, and being within evolving, rewarding environment sounds up your street, then this is the job for you!
