Are you an organised, customer-focused professional looking to make an impact in a lively and fast-paced environment? We’re seeking a proactive Hire Desk Controller to be the backbone of our operations, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional service. Position Overview: As Hire Desk Controller you will be working closely with Sales Managers and Operations team to ensure all necessary paperwork is received and processed accurately, attention to detail is a must. Key responsibilities, this will include, but is unlikely to be limited to: Creating rental agreements and supporting documentation Uploading ofhire and sales documents to SharePoint Ensure all on/off hire orders are taken in detail and processed correctly. input into IT hire system Dealing with queries Follow company policies and procedures relating to hire desk processes Ensure relevant spreadsheets and SharePoint are updated daily/weekly and any concerns are brought to the attention of Hire Desk Manager Answer incoming calls and deal with enquires efficiently in a timely manner Liaise with fleet department regarding availability and progr…
