Location : Tongwell, Milton Keynes Pay : Competitive salary (depending on experience) Hours : Full-time, Monday – Friday What Youll Be Doing: In this role, youll be key to keeping our financial processes running smoothly. Your tasks will include: Assisting in the production of management accounts for two subsidiaries. Suggesting and implementing system and process improvements. Helping manage and negotiate utilities contracts with suppliers and brokers. Analysing fuel card usage and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Matching supplier invoices to purchase orders and approving payments. Reconciling supplier statements and handling weekly payment runs. Setting up and maintaining supplier accounts on the purchase ledger. Supporting the wider accounts team with admin and financial duties.
