Business Reporting Analyst We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic Business Reporting Analyst based at our Brighouse branch . You will focus on providing reporting and analytical support across the organization to enable data-driven decision-making and support strategic planning by DGEMC leadership. This role involves various responsibilities, including: Generating business reports for end-users and producing user-friendly reports for review Improving existing reporting processes, frequency, and distribution methods Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all reports distributed Standardizing cross-departmental data definitions, KPIs, and calculations Participating in the implementation, development, and UAT phases of new systems, reports, and enhancements Ensuring processes and process maps are suitable and sufficiently linked Transforming raw data into actionable business intelligence To be successful in this role, you should: Be able to draw conclusions from raw data and summarize results efficiently using logic and reasoning Have technical understanding and experience with Fleet Management or Maintenance systems (Service Geeni preferable), AS400 database, CRM, and call centre tools Possess strong analytical skills Be capable of independent and supported learning of technical skills Prioritize and multi-task effectively, working to tight deadlines Have strong written and verbal communication skills Pay excellent attention to detail Be organized, assertive, and a quick learner Possess a degree or experience in data reporting, demonstrating continuous learning and improvement in this area If you enjoy juggling multiple tasks within an evolving and rewarding environment, then this is the job for you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
