The Role
You will take responsibility for day to day responsive repairs and minor works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to agreed standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing responsive repairs and minor works in occupied properties
- Carrying out inspections, diagnosing defects and specifying remedial works
- Supervising contractors and ensuring works are delivered to agreed quality, cost and timescale standards
- Reconciling valuations, approving variations and controlling project budgets
- Minimising financial, operational and health and safety risks
- Responding to complex repair cases and customer escalations
- Monitoring contractor performance
