The Role

You will take responsibility for day to day responsive repairs and minor works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to agreed standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing responsive repairs and minor works in occupied properties
  • Carrying out inspections, diagnosing defects and specifying remedial works
  • Supervising contractors and ensuring works are delivered to agreed quality, cost and timescale standards
  • Reconciling valuations, approving variations and controlling project budgets
  • Minimising financial, operational and health and safety risks
  • Responding to complex repair cases and customer escalations
  • Monitoring contractor performance
