We are currently supporting our West Yorkshire based client with the appointment of an experienced Housing Manager to lead and strengthen the income recovery team.
The Role
- Lead and oversee income collection activity, ensuring strong performance and best practice recovery.
- Manage and support a team of Income Officers, providing day-to-day leadership and oversight.
- Oversee the use of digital and automated tenant engagement tools to support effective customer contact and income recovery.
- Work confidently with housing income and arrears management systems.
- Review current processes and performance, making clear recommendations for service improvement.
- Support complex income cases and provide insight to senior colleagues as required.
Experience Required
- Proven experience as an Income Manager or Housing Manager with significant income management responsibility.
- Strong understanding of income collection and arrears management best practice.
- Experience managing or supervising income or housing teams.
- Confident using systems and performance data to drive improvement.
- Practical, solutions focused approach with the ability to deliver change at pace.
