Carpenter and Joiner in Devon

Dawson Jones Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Carpenter / Joiner for a contract role covering the Devon area. The role will involve carrying out a range of day-to-day carpentry and general repair works within properties. We're looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, dealing with customers and completing works to a good standard. The role will include: General carpentry and joinery repairs Repairs to doors, frames, locks, handles and fittings Kitchen and general internal repairs Skirting, architraves and associated works Minor guttering, fascia and external repair works Diagnosing repair requirements and completing works efficiently Working within occupied properties and providing a professional service to customers You will need: Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry/Joinery Previous experience carrying out repairs and maintenance Full UK driving licence Good customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage a daily workload A van will be provided for this role.
