We are seeking a Project Manager with proven experience in hospitality installations to oversee the delivery of our bar and kitchen projects from initial site mobilisation through to client handover. You will be responsible for managing on-site activities, coordinating trades and suppliers, and ensuring that installations are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on role that will require site presence, technical understanding, and exceptional organisational and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery: Manage the full installation lifecycle of kitchen and bar projects, including scheduling, logistics, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
  • Site Coordination: Lead on-site operations, supervising fitters, subcontractors, and trades to ensure efficient execution of works.
  • Client Interface: Act as the primary on-site contact for clients, ensuring expectations are managed and consistently met.
  • Supplier & Subcontractor Management: Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain safe working environments, enforce H&S procedures, and ensure all works comply with relevant legislation and company policy.
  • Budget Control: Monitor project costs, identify any variations, and ensure installation remains within agreed budget.
  • Programme Management: Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, adjusting plans as required to accommodate site conditions or changes in scope.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect works for quality and adherence to drawings and specifications, ensuring a premium finish is delivered every time.
  • Handover & Aftercare: Lead snagging processes, final sign-off, and support post-completion client care.
About You
  • Demonstrable experience as a Project Manager within the hospitality fit-out, kitchen installation, or bar installation sectors.
  • Strong understanding of kitchen and bar construction, M&E coordination, and bespoke joinery/metalwork.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, able to manage multiple teams and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a hands-on approach and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites nationwide.
  • SMSTS, CSCS (Manager Card), and First Aid certification preferred.
