We are looking for a level 3 to join our amazing team at Dawn to Dusk Day Nursery in Larkfield. Your main roles will be:
- Lead a room and a small staff team
- Interact and play with the children, supporting them in their development and supporting the staff in the room
- Be a key person to a group of children
- Work in partnership with parents
You will need to show confidence leading the room and delegating staff. You will be given training from the day you start at Dawn to Dusk Day Nursery so you will know the expectations we maintain. You will have weekly meetings with the management team in your first month. At Dawn to Dusk Day Nursery we have an open door policy.
You will need to have a full and relevant qualification level 3 in childcare. Every day in a nursery is different and you will never have a dull moment. If you are successful in getting the job, you will see young children grow and flourish and also be a part of our nursery family.
