About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Winning new clients through sales outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calling)
  • Building networks of candidates through deliberate outreach and networking
  • Providing candidates to solve business problems within your clients
  • Consulting with companies' leadership teams to help them achieve targets
  • Managing and leading end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Negotiating terms of business and candidates' offers
  • Building a personal brand

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant - at least one year of experience in winning your own clients, and resourcing candidates, to managing the entire process to a successful outcome.
  • Experience in tech, finance, or ERP recruitment is a big plus, but strong B2B recruitment experience in white collar environments is essential.
