Dawn Hill Publications is a British romance publisher entering a new chapter. We publish bold, emotionally charged love stories. Modern bodice rippers with serious commercial appeal.
We are looking for a freelance consultant with senior-level experience in traditional romance publishing to help us shape what comes next. This is not a staff position. We are looking to work with someone on a flexible freelance basis. Someone who can pitch their approach, quote their rate, and come on board as a trusted strategic partner.
We would love to hear from consultants who can:
- Strengthen our commercial and operational strategy
- Refine our list positioning and growth plans
- Identify new opportunities across digital, print, and international markets
- Guide audience development with a smart and scalable approach
You might be the right fit if:
- You have worked at a senior level within a traditional romance imprint such as Harlequin, Mills and Boon, Avon or Penguin
- You understand the genre, the market, and how to grow a publishing business
