We are working with a leading law firm who are looking to hire an experienced Trade Mark Records Specialist to join their London team.
Both full-time and part-time hours are available, making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced IP professional looking for some flexibility.
This is a hands-on role supporting a busy international Trade Mark practice.
You will work closely with Trade Mark lawyers and paralegals across the firm s offices, helping to ensure that portfolios are accurately maintained and key deadlines are managed.
The role will involve: * Managing Trade Mark records and maintaining accurate portfolio information * Recording and monitoring important deadlines across applications, renewals, oppositions and other matters * Reviewing correspondence and ensuring relevant actions and dates are captured correctly * Supporting the team with Trade Mark formalities and general administrative requirements * Assisting with the management and onboarding of Trade Mark portfolios * Supporting the wider IP team with additional records and Trade Mark administration as required About you: We are looking for someone with solid experience in Trade Mark records or docketing.
You will have a good understanding of UK Trade Mark procedures and experience working with Trade Mark databases or docketing systems.
