Dawn Ellmore Employment are working with a top-rate law firm in North West England who are seeking an experienced Trade Mark Paralegal to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
To be successful, you will need previous experience working within a similar trade mark position - this firm is looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years’ experience. A CITMA qualification would be beneficial, however, this is not essential. Additionally, you will need to have worked at a reputable firm, with experience managing your own case load.
Duties include:
- Effectively managing the portfolios of high-profile clients.
- Preparing and filing trade mark applications.
- Liaising with clients and IPOs, drafting quality correspondence.
- Acknowledging client instructions and acting upon these.
- Maintaining the records database, ensuring important deadlines are added as well as correspondence chains etc.
