Our client, a leading IP law firm, is seeking a Trade Mark Billing Coordinator to join their Trade Mark support team on a full-time, permanent basis! This role involves providing administrative support, including handling the invoicing and billing for the team. Previous billing and invoicing experience are essential for this position.

If you have previous trade mark and/or patent billing experience, this will be looked upon favourably. However, those who have handled high-volumes of billing and invoicing from a professional services background will also be considered.

Duties will include:

  • Preparing legal correspondence as well as other documents, ensuring high accuracy

  • Handling monthly billing, and high-volume invoicing

  • Supporting the team with Trade Mark litigation preparation
