We're excited to be working with a well-established and highly regarded firm based in Hampshire who are looking to employ a Senior Employee Relations Advisor on a long-term fixed-term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful organisation with an excellent reputation, where you'll become an integral part of a supportive HR team and play a key role in delivering high-quality people support across the business.

To be successful you will be an experienced Employee Relations professional from a professional services environment and be confident managing complex ER cases from start to finish, providing clear and practical advice to managers, and ensuring all people matters are handled in line with current employment legislation and HR best practice.

Holding strong Stakeholder management skills is key along with having high levels of discretion and professionalism.

Key responsibilities include

  • Manage and take lead on ER cases which will include disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence, performance management etc.
  • Advising on employment legislation and ensuring that HR policies are up to date.
  • Working closely with Managers to resolve people issues effectively while promoting a positive employee experience.
  • Being point of contact for Trainees in relation to support and guidance as well as managing leaver processes.
