We are working with a leading law firm in Bristol who are seeking a motivated Patent Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. To be successful, you will have 2+ years experience working within a patent support role, as an administrator or paralegal. Sound patent formalities experience is required as well as docketing skills. A CIPA qualification might be advantageous, but this is not essential.
Within this role, you will be providing high-level administrative support to Patent Attorneys. You will be drafting and filing patent acknowledging official communications; liaising with IPOs; updating clients on their cases; maintaining cases within the firm’s IP management system; keeping track of important deadlines etc.
