We are working with a highly regarded law firm to recruit a Trade Mark Formalities Paralegal to join their established team in London.

Supporting the management of UK and international trade mark portfolios, you will work across trade mark applications, oppositions, renewals and registry procedures, ensuring matters are handled accurately and deadlines are consistently met.

Key responsibilities include preparing and filing trade mark applications, oppositions, renewals, recordals and official registry forms, processing correspondence from IP offices, maintaining accurate records and supporting client onboarding.

Previous experience in a trade mark administration, formalities or paralegal role is essential.

Candidates must have hands-on experience preparing and submitting trade mark registry forms, including post-registration recordals such as assignments and changes of ownership or name, along with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
