We are working with a well established firm seeking a Patent Administration Paralegal to join their team on a fulltime, contract basis with potential to go permanent. This role would suit someone with previous Patent Paralegal/Secretarial experience within an IP practice who is seeking their next challenge.
In this role you will be responsible for preparing patent documentation and handling filings across key IP offices, while keeping case records up to date and ensuring deadlines are met. The role also involves supporting attorneys with research, preparing correspondence, billing and diary management.
The role offers a competitive salary, along with hybrid and flexitime working and a range of additional benefits. Please note, this position is offered on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, with strong potential to become permanent!
