Dawn Ellmore Employment are looking for an organised and proactive Legal Litigation Secretary to support a busy Intellectual Property Trade Mark team. This role is ideal for someone with legal secretarial and litigation experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with Solicitors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
In this role, you will manage case files, maintain accurate records, update diaries and deadlines, draft letters and formal documents, and handle routine administrative tasks. You will also support billing and expense processing, and assist with PA duties such as arranging travel and meetings. The role requires someone highly organised, with strong attention to detail, excellent written communication, and the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy, deadline-driven environment.
