We are working with a highly reputable law firm in South West England who are seeking a Legal Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis.
What experience will you need?
For this role, you will need at least one year's experience working within an administrative role. Some experience of working within a legal environment is preferable, although experience from within a professional services environment will also be looked upon favourably. A secretarial / admin qualification might be an advantage. However, this is not essential.
Duties:
- Managing inboxes.
- Updating electronic case records, opening / closing files as required.
- Preparing legal documents with high accuracy.
- Drafting correspondence to clients.
- Diary management.
- Raising invoices.
