For this role, you will need strong knowledge in patent filing procedures and formalities. A CIPA qualification would be advantageous; however, this may not be essential. Ideally, you will have at least 2 years’ experience working within a similar post. To be successful, you should be a confident and hardworking individual with great communication skills. Duties: * Drafting and filing patent forms in the relevant jurisdictions. * Handling patent validation processes. * Processing official communications. * Preparing correspondence. * Maintaining the firm’s IP management system. * Assisting Attorneys with any additional tasks.
