For this role you will need at least 6 months’ experience working as a Paralegal within a commercial department. Additionally, you will need great attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills. A Paralegal Qualification / Law Degree is required for this position.
Duties:
- Drafting commercial contracts, leases, deeds.
- Submitting Land Registry applications.
- Completing searches.
- Handling compliance.
