To be successful you must have a prior background within IP and be familiar with terminology and processes, along with experience in workflow management and process improvement. Having superb attention to detail is key along with being a proactive and driven individual as you will be expected to support with team development. Duties will include: * Providing guidance and support with processes, procedures, and administrative best practice. * Monitoring workflow and reporting to the Manager on team capacity and productivity. * Administrative and secretarial support across the firm.
