Dawn Ellmore Employment are currently working with a leading law firm in the West Midlands, who are seeking a motivated Trade Mark Support Specialist to join their team on a full‐time, permanent basis.

What experience is required?

  • At least 6 months' experience working as a Trade Mark Administrator / Paralegal.
  • A CITMA qualification would be an advantage, but not essential if you have the right experience.
  • Experience within trade mark records or trade mark renewals may also be considered.
  • Good knowledge of trade mark formalities.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Duties

  • Managing trade mark portfolios.
  • Preparing and filing trade mark forms.
  • Updating the firm's case management system.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, IPOs, and internal staff.
  • Producing reports.
