Dawn Ellmore Employment are looking for a detail-oriented Trade Mark Renewals Officer to join our clients established Trade Marks department and oversee their renewals and designs function. This role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you’ll manage trade mark filings, renewals, and records for our clients UK and international offices. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external clients, ensuring smooth and efficient trade mark processes - those from a Trade Mark Renewals, Formalities, Paralegal or Administrator background will be suitable for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage trade mark databases, keeping records up-to-date.
- File trade mark and design applications with UKIPO, EUIPO, WIPO, and instruct global agents.
- Process contentious filings, renewals, and assignments.
- Provide clients with filing updates and reports.
- Handle communications with IP offices and clients.
- Oversee trade mark watch notices and manage debit accounts.
- Conduct basic searches and process certificates.
