We have a brand-new opportunity available for an experienced Trade Mark Paralegal to join a forward-thinking firm on a full time permanent basis, with the option of 100% fully remote working. Our client are keen to offer an incredible package along with the remote working so this is an opportunity not to be missed!

To be successful, our client is seeking an individual with around 5 years’ experience within Trade Marks who is eager to succeed within their career. Holding the CITMA qualification is not a necessity but is highly desirable.

The role will include:

  • Trade Mark application filings and assisting with drafting specifications
  • Preparing cost estimates as well as Trade Mark schedules
  • Liaising with Foreign Agents
  • Assisting Fee Earners with deadlines
