Are you looking for a new challenge? We are assisting a thriving law firm in South West England who are seeking an IP Paralegal to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role would suit a candidate with strong trade mark formalities experience. Additionally, you will need to be able to effectively manage trade mark and design filings, as well as maintaining trade mark records. A CITMA qualification would be advantageous, but this is not a dealbreaker.
Within this role, you'll be providing a high level of administrative support to Trade Mark Attorneys, assisting with preparing correspondence, updating clients on their cases, docketing important case information, drafting, and filing trade marks and designs in multiple jurisdictions.
