To be successful you must hone 6+ years PQE within Corporate Law and be able to demonstrate your capabilities seamlessly, as you will be working with a range of corporate transactions with a particular focus on M A.
This role would suit an Associate looking to take their next step or a Senior Associate looking to get stuck into a new challenge within a thriving and well-established Law Firm in Surrey.
You will be expected to have prior experience in supervising juniors for this position as well as dealing with transactions from beginning to end.
