We are delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly respected Law Firm in Southampton to recruit a Senior HR Advisor on a fixed-term contract.

The successful candidate will have previous experience operating at Senior HR Advisor level within a professional services environment, with significant employee relations expertise.

You'll be confident managing a varied caseload of ER matters, providing practical, commercially focused advice to managers while ensuring compliance with Employment Law and HR best practice.

You will also bring excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build strong working relationships across the business.

Key responsibilities include: Acting as the first point of contact for complex employee relations matters, providing expert guidance and support to managers.

Advising on Employment Law and ensuring HR policies and procedures remain compliant and up to date.

Managing a range of ER cases.

Supporting the HR Manager with both day-to-day HR operations and wider strategic projects.

Coordinating onboarding activities and overseeing the full trainee lifecycle.
