We’re working in close partnership with a prestigious international law firm to recruit an experienced Senior Trade Mark Paralegal for a key role within their team on a full-time, permanent basis with flexible hybrid working in place.
This is a stand-out opportunity for a candidate who brings a depth of experience in trade marks and is looking to step into a senior position within a high-performing practice.
What experience is required? 5+ years’ experience within a Trade Mark Paralegal position.
Strong understanding of UKIPO, EUIPO, and WIPO procedures; familiarity with design rights is a plus.
Experience handling Watch Notices, oppositions and drafting is essential.
CITMA Paralegal qualification (preferred but not essential).
