We’re seeking a detail-oriented Patent Paralegal/Administrator to join a busy intellectual property team in London on a full-time, permanent basis - with hybrid working available!

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, be able to manage deadlines, and possess strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. You should hold around 18 months+ Patent Administrative or Paralegal experience to be successful with your application. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this role offers excellent exposure to the IP field within a supportive team.

In this role, you’ll handle preparation and management of documentations and filings, manage correspondence, maintain case records and support attorneys with general patent administration duties including preparing cost estimates and invoicing.
