Dawn Ellmore Employment are assisting our reputable client, a leading IP law firm who are seeking a Patent Administrator to join their team in Bristol on a full-time, permanent basis - with hybrid working available!
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Patent Administrator to provide full administrative and formalities support to the firm's Patent Attorneys, with a focus on one of the firm’s major clients. This role involves managing IP records, supporting UK and international filings, preparing client reports and liaising with IP offices and overseas agents, and assisting with billing, deadlines, and attorney schedules.
Previous experience in Patents and/or Trade Marks is beneficial but not essential — we also welcome applications from candidates with strong experience in legal or professional services who are keen to develop a long-standing career in intellectual property. Training will be provided along with opportunities to become a qualified Paralegal, with the CIPA qualification being offered to the successful individual.
