We are working with a leading law firm in Oxford, who are seeking a motivated Patent Paralegal to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to Patent Attorneys.
- Draft and file patent and design applications; acknowledge official communications; liaise with IPOs; update clients on their cases; maintain cases within the firm’s IP management system; keep track of important deadlines.
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in a patent support role, as an administrator or paralegal.
- Strong patent formalities experience and docketing skills.
- CIPA qualification is advantageous but not essential.
