Key Responsibilities
- Filing UK and international trade mark applications and renewals.
- Providing administrative and prosecution support to Trade Mark Attorneys.
- Preparing trade mark documentation, reports and portfolio schedules.
- Assisting with trade mark recordals, formalities and general portfolio management.
- Liaising with clients, overseas associates and official intellectual property offices.
- Supporting the team across a wide variety of trade mark matters.
