An exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Trade Mark Paralegal to join a top-rate law firm on a full-time permanent basis.
To be considered, you will need at least 6 years' experience working as a Trade Mark Paralegal. Additionally, you should have proven experience in leading a team of Paralegals. A CITMA qualification is required for this position. Within this role, you'll be carrying out leadership / management duties while handling paralegal responsibilities.
Duties:
- Managing trade mark portfolios for a range a high-status clients.
- Handling the entire filing process for trade marks.
- Dealing with trade mark renewals.
- Handling oppositions.
- Docketing deadlines.
- Processing correspondence.
- Attending to billing duties.
- Liaising with IPOs and clients.
- Responsible for training Trade Mark Paralegals.
- Assigning workloads across the team.
- Identifying needs for process improvement.
