We are working with a forward‐thinking firm in London that is seeking a fully qualified Trade Mark Attorney/Solicitor (minimum of 2 years' post‐qualification experience) to assist with the further development of their workload. Responsibilities
- Providing pre‐filing advice to a range of clients
- Providing trade‐mark clearance searches and advising clients accordingly
- Filing and prosecution of trade‐mark applications
