An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Trade Mark Paralegal to join the IP team of a leading international law firm on a part-time basis (full-time hours are also available).

Working on a varied portfolio of UK and international trade mark matters, this is a fantastic role for someone ready to take ownership of their workload within a supportive, high-performing team.

You should have a minimum of five years' Trade Mark Paralegal experience, strong knowledge of UKIPO, EUIPO and WIPO procedures, and hands-on experience with watch notices, oppositions, drafting specifications and prosecution matters.

Experience with renewals is advantageous.
